  On January 25th of 2006, Dark Horse Comics will release Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #1, igniting the new year with a brand new series.
Returning to the Old Republic time period created by Dark Horse twelve years ago with the Tales of the Jedi series, the story of Knights of the Old Republic begins eight years before the events of the KOTOR video game. Written by John Jackson Miller and illustrated by Michael Atiyeh and Brian Ching, the tale of KOTOR #1 follows Zayne, a young padawan wrongly framed for crimes against the Jedi Order.
Dark Horse's Knights of the Old Republic promises to be a smashing introduction to 2006 Star Wars comics.
