Forever Comment 6 Please tell me you are not going to start charging us a fee now. I mean, that;s what makes SWAC so cool. You guys are a higher quality and more mature than the official site, but you don't charge for membership or priviledge to special features. I am really not trying to harp on what you've done or create negativity, but charging us to play online games would just ruin the work of art you've made here.
Slave6 Comment 7 Greetings everyone! I want to start off by saying thanks to Dan for giving me this opportunity.
A lot of work is being done behind the scenes to make Theater of War a unique and enjoyable experience that SWAC members will be able to engage in. I think it is going to be something most of the members here will enjoy participating in as well as adding a whole new edge to the SWAC boards. ?Lock S-Foils in attack position.?
Jef Comment 8 Fear not Forever, there will be no paid content on SWAC. There may be clickable ads at some point, in the interests of recouping some of our operating costs, but we made SWAC because we love Star Wars, not because we need the money.
Not only that, but I doubt we could charge even if we wanted to, as its not our IP, and we'd probably be asked to refrain from charging or take down the offending content. In any event, all of the stuff we have planned for '08 and beyond is free.

Slave6 Comment 13 As for now, things are still in the working stage with a lot of ground to cover before going live. So it?s too early to give out exact details. As mentioned already, it will be a SWAC exclusive on-line strategic based game set in the Galactic Civil War. I will leave all other spoilers to be given by Dan.
