All too often, we look first to others before first looking to ourselves for the solutions to our problems. It is something that I have been guilty of myself.

As you head into this new week, put it in your mind that you will be the helper and not the helpless, and I promise that those trials and hurdles that befall you in the coming days will not succeed in bringing you down.
