My favorite one from the films would have to be the original Death Star, while my favorite one from the Expanded Universe would have to be Centerpoint Station.

Incidentally, I've always thought that the name Galaxy Gun always sounded completely ridiculous.

Mine would have to be the Eclipse. While its laser wasn’t capable of destroying planets like the Death Star, it was by far the coolest looking ride in the galaxy!

Well the Death Star is cool because I actually know what that is, but the centerpoint station looked and sounded really cool too.

The concept I liked the most was the Suncrusher, though I wasn't very fond of the illustrated design they came up with I think the one I was seeing in my head looked way cooler! LOL

Otherwise I'd have to go with the Death Star II.
