Be Careful of What You Wish For
Be careful of what you wish for, because in attempt to quell the new rumors Spong.com reported that EA has announced that the Star Wars game currently in production deep within the Top Secret Lair™ of BioWare is not "necessarily" a sequel to any existing Video Game series.
What could this mean? That KotOR is the foundation in terms of style for BioWare's new game; or that KotOR 3 is actually KotOR 0, meaning a prequel not a sequel (which would be an argument of semantics); or the new BioWare game will be set in Old Republic time, but be thematically disconnected from KotOR I and II; or EA could just be lying to make people like me speculate and thus increase the buzz for their upcoming game. No matter which (if any) of my ideas is correct, EA Marketing has succeeded. Bravo.
