Five Minutes of Fame 
Have you made a fanfilm? Is it any good? The only way to truly find out is to submit it to AtomFilms.com's 2008 Star Wars Fan Film competition and hope for the best.
Films will be judged by a panel from both AtomFilms and LucasFilm including George Lucas! So, political allegories are a yes; anything heavily Republican or conservative is a no, and if you can get flannel in anywhere that has to be an automatic boost from Mr. Lucas.
Oh yeah, did I mention that the winning video will be played on SpikeTV? Pretty impressive.
