Delayed!
In an interview with comingsoon.net, George Lucas stated that the Live-Action series has been pushed back to 2010. However, Lucas also promised five to six years of the Clone Wars TV Series (three of which have been completely written to date), and that following the Clone Wars movie (in theaters August 15), the TV series will be kicking off in early October.
Unfortunately it's not all good news, for while Anthony Daniels was confirmed to reprise the roll of Threepio, no other actors from the movies will be voicing their characters (not even Samuel L. Jackson, who did express interest earlier in the year).
Of course, since no Star Wars video game to date has featured the entire ensemble as the voice cast, I think most of us will be able to manage well enough. So overall, good stuff.
